Serve as a visible market-facing leader who builds relationships, identifies future opportunities, strengthens pipeline, and helps position RS&H to win meaningful work. Work closely with operations, client managers, seller-doers, marketing, and business unit leaders to align growth strategy with pursuit readiness, client priorities, and long-term business objectives. Bring market intelligence, client insight, and a strong external network to help RS&H expand its presence, deepen relationships, and create future demand across the region. This role is ideal for a senior transportation business development leader who is energized by building markets, creating client strategies, developing pipelines, and partnering across teams to drive growth. Candidates should bring strong Florida transportation relationships, credibility with public-sector clients, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to influence in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.15+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure, construction management, AEC, professional services, consulting, or a related market-facing environment. A proven record of building client relationships, developing business strategies, supporting pursuits, growing the transportation market share, and cross-selling between markets. Deep understanding of Florida transportation clients, funding priorities, competitive dynamics, and the relationships needed to position for future work. Strong communication, influence, collaboration, and business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, clients, pursuits, and delivery partners.
