Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, customers, and visitors professionally with a smile. Constantly provide good customer service. Monitor building entrances and exits to maintain security. Provide information about the property, services, and amenities. Verify visitor identities and authorize access when required. Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries with a smile. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of visitors and vendors. Provide directions, information, and assistance to visitors. Respond to resident or guest requests and inquiries. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and orderly entrance area. Ensure the lobby and desk areas remain clean and presentable. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, or concierge experience preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and transport packages up to 40 lbs. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, visitor management, package management, and property management software). Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy.
