Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities Support the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations Assist with implementation and optimization of a new billing platform Prepare quarterly commission calculations and payment summaries Support annual audit activities, including preparation of workpapers and coordination with external auditors Provide cross-functional support across accounts payable and payroll as needed Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes Assist with tax and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures Participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects Qualifications 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) and billing platforms (e.g., Stripe) Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations Exposure to ASC 606/revenue recognition is a plus Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
