This model allows us to positively impact the industry supply chain and help patients gain access to the life-changing medication they need. We have grown from 2 to 50+ operations in ~3 years and are looking for new team members to help us scale to 60+ centers this year alone. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies, ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through thorough screening processes. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screen applicants and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attend and participate in local job fairs and virtual recruiting sessions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Ability to understand human resources and applicant tracking software systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least three (3) years’ recruiting or human resources‑industry experience preferred.
