- Licenses: Active OH License or willingness to obtain
- Certifications: BLS/PALS
- Experience: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred; Accepting new grads with peds experience
- Other Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity, physical/emotional stamina
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and administer induction, maintenance, and emergence anesthesia.
- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical team.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
