One on one physical therapy sessions, spending a full 45-60 minutes with each patient. Through hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education, the team provides the tools and knowledge needed for long-lasting results. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Verona, NJ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to address pain, functional limitations, and mobility issues. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating clients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves monitoring progress, updating care plans, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and contributing to a supportive clinic environment that encourages client engagement and adherence. The Physical Therapist will participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, current clinical practice. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices to diverse client needs. Expertise in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with a client-centered approach that emphasizes safety, empathy, and clear communication. Experience or interest in providing Home Care guidance, including instructing clients on safe and effective home exercise programs. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. CPR/First Aid certification and familiarity with common electronic health record (EHR) systems are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
