BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Charlotte, NC (28209). This part‑time schedule is ideal for a maintenance professional who excels in troubleshooting, completing repairs efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of property upkeep.

- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday — 8 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Perform general and advanced maintenance tasks, including:
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
- Appliance repair and replacement
- Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
- Maintenance certification required
- Strong apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
