Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources for support.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Devise and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, continuously monitoring progress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, complete risk assessments, and develop safety planning strategies to address acute mental health needs.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards through timely, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to foster community and shared learning among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, new hires can look forward to a generous sign-on bonus.
