Neuro Intermediate Care RN

Shift: 12-hour rotating days/nights, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
Weekends: Every other
Unit: 18 intermediate beds and 18 general neuroscience beds; ratios 1:3
Patients: Arterial lines, EVDs, lumbar drains, post-op day-zero neuro cases, acute thrombectomies, TPA administration
Requirements: 3+ years experience, EVD/lumbar drain/arterial line experience, MA RN license at submission, CPR (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS
EHR: Epic required
Floating: May float to Neuro ICU
