About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Manager for its Risk Consulting & Analytics division. The successful candidate will be a seasoned strategy consultant with a strong commercial mindset, adept at leading and delivering client engagements. This role is pivotal in the Americas consulting team, with a focus on property and casualty insurance clients. Key responsibilities include leading strategy and management consulting engagements, building and leading cross-functional project teams, and acting as the primary contact for property and casualty consulting. The role demands a professional with 10-15 years of consulting experience, excellent knowledge of the primary insurance market for property and casualty lines, and the ability to synthesize complex information into practical business insights. The candidate should be intellectually curious, analytical, and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience in product development, pricing, underwriting, go-to-market efforts, in-force management, and claims within the insurance industry. A strong foundation in consultative sales, hands-on experience in primary P&C insurance, and expertise in statistical tools and programming languages are advantageous. The role requires a flexible individual who is willing to travel occasionally and is capable of interacting with senior management and diverse client stakeholders. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for evolving the client consulting offering, defining the overall P&C consulting proposition, and partnering with sales on client research and opportunity development. The position is highly client-facing and demands a professional who can build credibility with a wide range of audiences, from technical specialists to senior executives.
