Location: Janesville, WI

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1926 - $2321 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing protocols and policies.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards.
Develop, initiate, and manage individualized patient care plans.
Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments.
Apply critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
Current RN license in Wisconsin or a Multi-state license.
CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.
