Post Closing Compliance Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Post Closing Compliance Analyst will review, audit, and manage the post-closing process for loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Handle all post-closing compliance audit and review activities remotely, five days a week Review closed loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and regulatory standards Identify, track, and resolve post-closing compliance conditions, exceptions, and deficiencies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, post-closing, or loan operations preferred Strong knowledge of post-closing processes, TRID, and related regulations Experience auditing loan files and resolving post-closing conditions with Third Party Review firms Familiarity with loan origination systems, such as Encompass, is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
