Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and performing thorough assessments to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting meaningful and achievable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique conditions and ongoing health care requirements to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including doctors and rehabilitation specialists to deliver integrated care, documenting any changes in patient status that necessitate adjustments to treatment plans.
• Engage in timely and accurate medical documentation, maintaining clear records of each patient's evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing progress throughout their care journey.
• Oversee discharge planning and aftercare processes to ensure seamless transitions for patients, setting them up for continued success post-therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with spinal issues, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs stemming from various medical conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
