Seeking a strategic and results-driven Pricing Director, this full-time remote position will lead end-to-end pricing transformation, focusing on packaging design, cross-functional alignment, and monetization strategies for AI and usage-based offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead pricing transformation initiatives to harmonize packaging and scale monetization across the portfolio Orchestrate cross-functional execution and change management strategies, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams Build data-driven business cases and track KPIs to measure monetization impact and packaging outcomes Required Qualifications: 10-12+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy Deep expertise in enterprise software pricing models, including subscription and usage-based strategies Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives at a Director level Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to present insights to executives Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
