Описание: Ищем специалиста по работе с учениками в онлайн-школу. Нужен человек, который умеет не просто отвечать клиентам по скрипту, а действительно слышать их, разбираться в ситуации и работать на удержание. Задачи: Созваниваться с новыми учениками и проводить welcome-встречи Помогать ученикам разобраться со стартом обучения Снимать сомнения и тревожность после покупки Обрабатывать претензии и запросы на возврат Работать на удержание клиента Подключать юриста и другие подразделения команды при необходимости Требования: Обязателен опыт работы в онлайн-школах или на аналогичной позиции Умение расположить к себе собеседника Спокойное общение с недовольными клиентами Умение простыми словами объяснять сложные моменты Умение работать с возражениями Готовность обсуждать возвраты Условия: Фиксированный оклад + KPI за каждый звонок #J-18808-Ljbffr NDA
