Our team includes in‑house neonatologists and affiliated professionals, such as neonatal nurse practitioners, developmental pediatricians, cardiologists, MFMs, and pediatric surgeons. Details Provide daily in‑house coverage, no call requirements Responsibilities include daily rounding, patient assessments, developing and managing plan of care for low‑acuity infants and newborns in the NICU setting Neonatologist assistance/backup is provided as needed and in all high‑risk situations Opportunity to participate in education and quality improvement initiatives Flexible work schedule; work 13-16 days per month with some weekends Position accepts following certifications: NNP, PNP, PNP‑AC.
