Performance & Analytics Manager

UNC Charlotte is hiring a Performance & Analytics Manager. This role manages quality assurance, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives within Facilities Management to support leadership decision-making and enhance operational performance. The manager analyzes operational data, develops performance metrics, coordinates program activities, and serves as a liaison between operational units and leadership to drive continuous improvement. Highlights Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports for operational monitoring. Evaluate service delivery, work management, and resource utilization to support effectiveness. Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and visualization. Serve as a subject matter expert on maintenance operations, CMMS/EAM systems, and asset management workflows. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, facilities management, analytics, or related field plus two years relevant experience required. Preferred experience includes 3–5 years in Facilities Management or higher education operational environments. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies desired with willingness to obtain Green Belt certification.
