Accounts Payable Associate

About The Company Our client is an alternative asset manager using fixed‑income relative value and macro trends for its investors. The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for the AP process for multiple offices both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities Review and verify invoices and payment requests. Maintain billing mailboxes for each office. Review aged‑payables and follow up. Enter credit card transaction details and support with the monthly reconciliation process. Administer the contract onboarding, renewal, and offboarding processes in the company’s contract management system. Assist with vendor due diligence by collecting W‑9 forms and payment instructions. Assist with the annual 1099 filing preparation. Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes. Coordinate with vendors to investigate and resolve discrepancies with our accounts as they arise. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 2‑5 years of AP experience. Proficient experience with Workday FINS. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
