Customer Service Advocate

Working remotely in Indiana, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims, while guiding clients through health care options and assisting with appointment scheduling. Key responsibilities: Resolve customer service inquiries on the first call by identifying the assistance needed Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select benefit plans and providers Assist customers in navigating online resources and encourage self-sufficiency Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of phone-based customer service or call center experience Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods
