Contract Administrator

One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looing for a Contract Administrator to add to their team. This position supports multiple business units and works closely with technical, engineering, and billing teams to ensure permit accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $25.00 to $28.00/hr. w2 Key Responsibilities Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry for pole attachment permits and related records Track and update permits following technical review; route information between customers, engineering, and billing teams Support work order tracking in Maximo and assist with billing and invoice updates in PeopleSoft Qualifications Proven experience in heavy data entry roles requiring accuracy and attention to detail Basic Excel proficiency, including simple calculations and pivot tables Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with internal teams and customers on permit status Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree or coursework in business, administration, or a related field preferred Relevant on‑the‑job experience may substitute for formal education Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
