Location: Frederick, MD Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $185,000.00 USD Annually Human Resources Leader Executive On-Site Full-Time Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Leader to embed HR directly into operations and drive culture, talent, and performance across our 275+ employee manufacturing organization. This role reports to the President and is central to our lean transformation and operational excellence. Responsibilities HR strategy aligned to safety, quality, productivity, and business goals Operationally embedded HR with daily plant-floor partnership Talent acquisition for manufacturing + technical roles Leadership development and internal career pathways Culture building rooted in respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement HR systems + analytics for data-driven decisions Change management to support growth and agility Compliance + risk with precision and integrity Qualifications 10–15+ years HR leadership in manufacturing (250+ employees) Senior management experience; operations exposure strongly preferred Proven ability to build systems that deliver measurable business results Strength in developing leaders, culture, and internal talent pipelines Data-driven, strategic, and highly collaborative Bilingual Spanish preferred Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
