Sr Mgr,HR Business Partner

Job Summary Works closely with senior management within specific business units or regions to develop and implement medium to long‑term HR solutions aligned to business strategy, supported by centralized HR professionals specialized in particular functions. What You Will Do Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to understand the organization’s strategic direction and translate it into Human Resources strategies and initiatives. Assess the organization’s structure, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Provide thought leadership and strategic advice on people‑related issues, helping to shape overall business strategy. Lead or participate in HR projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion efforts. Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders by analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide strategic HR guidance, influence decision‑making, and foster strong partnerships across the organization. Support change management initiatives and foster employee engagement by helping leaders effectively communicate and manage change, anticipate and address employee concerns, and create strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters and performance management. Ensure HR policies and practices strictly align with legal requirements and industry regulations. Minimum Requirements 7-10 years of HR experience Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Preferred Qualifications Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $67,900.00 – $182,549.00. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary, with actual offer dependent on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program, and includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
