Marketing Account Manager

Compass Legal Marketing is seeking a full-time marketing account manager to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to gain agency experience working with law firms, from boutique to AmLaw 100. You will support marketing initiatives for our clients, under the direction of our account directors, managing your own workload across multiple client accounts simultaneously. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, organized, and able to stay on top of competing deadlines across several clients at once. Work arrangement: Hybrid. Candidates must be based in South Florida and are required to work in-person regularly (up to four times per month) for client and company meetings and events. Some travel is also required (up to once per quarter). Responsibilities Producing high-quality social media content through creative campaigns Copywriting, editing, and proofreading content for websites, brochures, presentations, client announcements, and other marketing materials Designing graphics Handling email marketing communications from start to finish including deployment Drafting submissions to listings, directories, and awards like Chambers & Partners Planning and executing events including conferences, webinars, and networking events Supporting client communications and status reporting under the direction of account directors Managing multiple client accounts and shifting priorities day to day Requirements/skills At least 3 years of professional services marketing experience Strong writing, research, analytic, and organizational skills Comfortable managing a high volume of tasks across multiple accounts and meeting deadlines under pressure Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative, professional environment Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Google Docs Experience using Canva Experience using Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms About Compass Legal Marketing Compass Legal Marketing is a Miami-based legal marketing agency serving as outsourced marketing teams to law firm clients from boutique to AmLaw 100 firms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
