Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative

Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative Duration: 6 months. (Possible Extension) Location: Tempe, AZ Shift Time : Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Job Responsibilities: Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor. Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Proficient in all basic customer service areas. Tasks are of moderate complexity and may need guidance to complete more complex requests. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience. Pharmacy Tech License Preferred (this is first choice), if not, they are looking for candidates with warehouse experience. Education: High School Diploma or GED Required. Skills: Microsoft Office; basic analysis skills (able to work a worksheet, export spreadsheet, filter columns etc.)
