People Operations Analyst

Position: People Operations Analyst (TEMP) Pay Rate: $45.00 Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Position: People Operations Analyst Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: Temporary Contract | Approximately 6 Months (through February 2027) About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a People Operations Analyst to support key HR transformation initiatives, system enhancements, data governance efforts, and process improvement projects. This role will partner closely with People Operations, HR, and cross-functional teams to optimize systems, improve workflows, support testing and implementations, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced working with HR systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support strategic HR and People Operations projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Perform data audits, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot system issues, and maintain testing documentation. Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, workflows, and training materials. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and improve system functionality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related experience. 3+ years of experience in a systems, operations, or process-focused role. Hands-on experience with Workday required; ServiceNow experience preferred. Strong project coordination and process improvement skills.
