Job Description

Description: The role serves as the primary liaison among Sales, Credit, and Regulatory teams, ensuring seamless communication and rapid issue resolution while collaborating with cross functional groups to prioritize onboarding requests in accordance with business objectives and customer needs. The incumbent leads Pipeline Review meetings to provide transparency on onboarding progress, identify risks, and manage escalations, and fosters a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members and delivering constructive feedback. By developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, alignment and effective collaboration are guaranteed, with oversight of the end to end onboarding process for new clients and the ongoing management of existing relationships. The position also establishes and enforces client management policies and procedures, facilitates global coordination across stakeholders, and proactively mitigates process related risks, escalating matters when necessary.
