We seek a proactive HR Coordinator to champion our contingent worker-to-full-time conversion process onsite in Memphis. Your Impact Lead Transitions: Oversee the end-to-end conversion process, partnering seamlessly with hiring managers to drive successful workforce integration. Optimize Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within Workday or equivalent HRIS systems. Empower Employees: Coordinate engaging onboarding activities and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for diverse employee inquiries. Drive Communication: Present confidently to large groups and coordinate cross-functional communications to proactively resolve process delays. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and managing confidential information. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
