The ISC Project Management Coordinator is a key administrative and project support role responsible for providing site-wide coordination, event management, data analysis, and executive administrative support. This position works closely with site leadership, including the Plant Director, to support operational objectives, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute site-wide events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and town halls.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and follow-up actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and report data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support business decisions and site initiatives.
• Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and communications.
• Provide administrative support to the Plant Director and site leadership, including calendar management, correspondence, and documentation.
• Support onboarding activities, training coordination, and employee recognition programs.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance site efficiency.
• Serve as a central point of contact for site communications and employee support needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

• On-site position located in Northford, CT.
• Occasional flexibility may be required to support events outside normal business hours
