Legal Assistant Paralegal

Recruiting for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a prestigious and well-established, board-certified family law firm representing domestic and international, high-net-worth divorces and paternity cases, in Boca Raton, FL. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and respond to complex discovery and interrogatories. Gather and analyze financials, and collaborate with the internal CPA for financial discovery. Draft various legal documents, including financial affidavits, child support guidelines, motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, schedules, and mandatory disclosures. Manage e-filing, PACER filings, and e-service for court documents, ensuring deadlines are met. Trial Prep - prepare binders, exhibits, trial documents, trial logistics, witnesses, etc. Prep Attorneys and Clients for deposition, hearings, mediations, and discovery. Handle legal research. Ensure compliance with all court procedures and regulations. Maintain the Attorney's calendar, schedule due dates, set hearings, depositions, and mediations, & manage upcoming case events and client meetings. Maintain excellent communications with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other relevant parties. Qualifications: 2+ years of Family Law experience handling divorces and paternity cases. Ability to manage heavy legal research and discovery. Experience reviewing financial statements, bank statements, brokerage account statements, etc. Meet and enter billable hours. Experience with Florida e-filing and PACER portals. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hiring asap!!
