Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy options, facilitating accessible care for individuals with transportation challenges or those living in remote areas.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly track their progress, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including training workshops and peer consultation meetings, to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with a range of experiences, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or experience working in community health settings will be especially well-suited for this role. Experience with teletherapy modalities is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
