Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Consonus, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
