Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver individualized and family treatment plans tailored to address specific emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans that align with client needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and inclusivity in all treatment approaches.

• Regularly update and maintain detailed documentation on therapy services provided, adhering to both facility and professional standards.

• Manage an active caseload, participating in case management meetings to review client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism at all times, actively working to address and resolve any client concerns that may arise.

• Ensure client safety and confidentiality while delivering therapeutic services in a compassionate manner.

• Assist with various administrative tasks and participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess the requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy practice, or be eligible for state licensure in Arizona.

• You must be licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Arizona.
