DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post orders.
- Support day-to-day operations by assisting with visitor directions, enforcing location rules, and maintaining detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
