Cultivate Your Potential with a Great Career at Gothic LandscapeThis position supports our Offsites Department.Highlights of What Our Operations Administrator Will Do:Prepare and follow-up on proposals for additional/extra workManage and maintain Extra Work/Change Order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed appropriately and timely.Manage and maintain monthly billing submittals to accounting and corresponding logs.Coordinate close out documentation to turn over projects to clients.Run all weekly and monthly operations reports.Regular meetings with area managers for dept needs and schedules.Maintain monthly projections and forecasts.Facilitate flow of information between all parties, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, other departments and field personnel.Are You the Right Fit for This Role?
