Property Management Accountant — Real Estate Finance
HTG Management LLC
Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking a Staff Accountant for Property Management to join its financial operations across a portfolio of multifamily properties. The role reports to the Property Management Controller and collaborates with property managers to ensure accurate accounting records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with LIHTC, HUD, SAIL, and FHFC regulations.
