Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (Floating Between Locations)

Contract Length: 3 Months

About the Role

Medasource is currently hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for one of our healthcare clients to support outpatient locations in West Palm Beach and Delray Beach, Florida. In this fully onsite role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in creating a positive and efficient experience from the moment they enter the practice. You will support patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling and confirmations, incoming phone calls, verification of patient and insurance information, and day-to-day front office operations. This position will float between the West Palm Beach and Delray Beach locations as needed, with approximately one week's notice provided when floating is required.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently while supporting a positive patient experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with general inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify and update patient information and insurance details.
• Support day-to-day front office operations to help maintain an organized and efficient practice.
• Float between the West Palm Beach and Delray Beach locations as needed.

What You Bring

• Previous customer service experience within a healthcare setting.
• 1–3 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare or outpatient environment preferred.
• Experience using Epic or similar electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems for patient registration, scheduling, and front desk operations preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a busy patient-facing environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to float between the West Palm Beach and Delray Beach locations as needed.
• Experience within an outpatient clinic, physician practice, chiropractic office, local practice, or similar healthcare environment is a plus.
