Sr. Strategic Advisory and Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Strategic Advisory and Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and analytical support by monitoring and addressing requests sent to FIC.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from partners and management.
• Work in a team environment to complete ad hoc financial analysis, reports, and special projects related to client statistics and firm financial metrics.
• Utilize analytical skills, expert knowledge of business economics, finance, and accounting, as well as financial systems and business intelligence tools to obtain data, organize information, and build reports.
• Accurately interpret requests for analysis and reporting to produce appropriate and correct final work product.

• Display excellent leadership skills in organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Possess the ability to lead large, long-term, and complex projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop alternative solutions to meet goals.
• Have experience working on ad hoc requests and projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably.
• Have experience at a professional services organization, preferably.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related analytical experience in finance or accounting.
• Maintain detailed records documenting procedures, methodologies, and sources of information employed while performing analytical tasks.
• Protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information.
• Effectively communicate work product to colleagues across the firm through e-mail, phone, video conference, and in-person presentations, as well as answer questions regarding the data and/or analytical methods and assumptions used to build the work product.
