This registered nurse role involves assessing, managing, and providing comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, ensuring coordination with multidisciplinary teams based on a patient/customer-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Include Performing thorough assessments, documenting findings, and evaluating patient needs.
