About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Operating Model, Product, and Client Solutions within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operating model and product change, from the initial problem identification to the full deployment and adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of private assets accounting and operations, with a focus on process improvement, system implementation, and project delivery. The VP will be expected to have strong technical knowledge of private assets processes, analytical skills, and the ability to engage with clients and operational teams. A transformational mindset, ownership through to adoption, and a global perspective are essential, as is the ambition to shape the future of the organization. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics. A professional accounting designation is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a commercial and client-aware approach, who is adept at working across regions and designing scalable solutions. The VP will be part of a team that is at the forefront of the industry, and as such, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial.
