Entry Level - Administrative Assistant - Work at Home Duties Job Openings Entry Level - Administrative Assistant - Work at Home Duties Full Job Description WORK OUT WORLD ARESEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR TO CONVINIENTLY HANDLE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES FROM HOME Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Duties and Responsibilities: Serve the customer and exceed their expectations, as they are our first priority. Answer and dispatch calls in a professional manner. Communicate professionally with clients and co-workers ensuring that all inquiries are answered timely and accurately. Maintain all required databases. Prepare various typed documents, such as letters, interoffice reports, and reports of contact. Liaise with members of the corporate office and region on various issues. Other duties designated by the Administration Manager. Qualifications: Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. SAP experience is highly desired but not required. Experience Minimum of 1 year of office experience required. Computer Skills Must be able to efficiently and effectively communicate via email on computer and phone. Expertise in the Office suite programs (specifically Microsoft Excel, Word Basic knowledge and understanding across multiple computer platforms. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must have valid drivers license.
