We are seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to provide coverage for an FMLA leave from November 16, 2026 through February 26, 2027 . This opportunity is based within a highly supportive school district in Odessa, Delaware , serving students in a high school and transition program .

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking for a meaningful short‑term assignment while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

About the Position

• Full‑time, 35 hours per week
• On‑site position
• High school (9th–12th grade) and transition program (ages 18–22)
• Approximately 35‑student caseload
• Primarily supporting students with Autism and intellectual disabilities
• Shared office space
• Duty‑free lunch provided

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct services, collaborate with educators and related service providers, and support students with a variety of functional and sensory needs. Experience implementing AAC strategies, addressing sensory regulation and proprioceptive needs, supporting positive behaviors, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams is highly valued.

Compensation

• $60,000–$75,000 annualized salary (prorated for the duration of the assignment)
