What We Provide

No Night Shifts & No On-Call Duties!
Operating Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, Seven Days a Week
Attractive Compensation: Base Salary with Performance Bonuses
Situated in the sought-after Lakeland area.
Facilities include on-site CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-rays, and Comprehensive Laboratory Testing.
A collaborative team of board-certified physicians, along with skilled RNs and LPNs.
Robust primary care and multi-specialty network for prompt referrals.
Utilization of EPIC EMR system.
Partnership opportunity available in 2 years.

What We Seek

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in primary care, urgent care, or walk-in clinic environments.
Availability to work two weekends each month.
Skilled in Laceration Repair, Incision & Drainage, Foreign Body Removal, and open to learning additional procedures.
