STX Territory Sales Manager Territory Sales Manager Foodservice & Equipment (SouthTexas) We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow an established South Texas territory. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on maintaining long-term customer relationships while expanding accounts and developing new business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-driven sales, and representing high-quality foodservice and equipment solutions in the field. What You Will Be Doing: Manage and grow existing customer accounts throughout the territory Prospect, develop, and secure new business within the assigned region Build strong relationships with owners, operators, and key decision-makers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline Conduct in-person visits, ride-alongs, and site walks as needed Partner internally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Stay current on product offerings, vendors, and industry trends through training Territory & Customer Base: Territory spans South Texas including: Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, McAllen Customers include: Convenience stores (C-Stores) Foodservice and hospitality operations Restaurants, Food and Beverage industry What We Are Looking For: 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience Experience in foodservice equipment, beverage equipment, C-store, hospitality, or related industries strongly preferred Proven ability to manage long sales cycles (6-12 months) Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-based role Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission Typical salary ranges from $64K-$87K Top performers earning with commission $200K+ Company credit card for all business-related expenses: Travel Gas Meals Client-related costs Car allowance Laptop and company cell phone provided Health insurance: 90% employer-paid for the entire family Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid training and onboarding support Why This Opportunity Established territory with existing accounts Strong leadership support and hands-on training Long-term growth and earning potential Relationship-focused sales environment Autonomy, flexibility, and trust #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting
