This is a high-impact enablement role focused on accelerating new hire productivity and strengthening global sales execution across a fast-scaling data and analytics organization. You will design and deliver structured onboarding programs that equip sales teams to effectively position complex products and drive measurable pipeline outcomes. Acting as a key partner to Sales Leadership and Enablement teams, you will shape how new hires ramp, learn, and perform in a global, multi-segment environment. The role blends facilitation, curriculum design, and data-driven program optimization, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and business impact. You will play a central role in translating sales methodology into practical, engaging learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales excellence, structured learning, and measurable performance improvement.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs that accelerate sales ramp time and improve overall team effectiveness. You will work closely with sales leadership and enablement stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs, workshops, and ramp training sessions for sales hires and leadership
- Continuously refine onboarding content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving sales strategies
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement interventions
- Track and analyze ramp metrics such as time-to-productivity, engagement, and performance outcomes
- Develop hands-on exercises and practical learning experiences to reinforce sales methodologies and product knowledge
- Maintain and curate sales enablement content libraries, including best-practice call recordings and training assets
- Collaborate with curriculum and enablement teams to ensure consistent global onboarding standards
- Provide ongoing reinforcement training in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- Communicate program performance insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Support global enablement initiatives across regions and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including travel as required
Requirements:
This role requires experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or revenue-focused training programs, with a strong ability to translate complex sales methodologies into practical, high-impact learning experiences. You will bring strong facilitation skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with modern sales tools and frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and modern B2B sales methodologies
- Experience delivering engaging live training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Clari, and AI-assisted workflow tools
- Ability to design, iterate, and improve structured enablement programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, solution selling, and revenue-driven performance metrics
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments across multiple time zones
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret onboarding and ramp performance data
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously
