Essential Functions and Duties

• Operate our keg filler within parameters set by quality control and production
• Help develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures to optimize performance within safety parameters
• Identify all kegs being filled with accurate information
• Operate CIP (clean-in-place) equipment to ensure cleanliness of machine
• Warehousing and rotation of product being produced
• External cleaning of incoming cooperage
• Accurate reporting of production on a daily basis
• Transport kegs to warehouse on an as-needed basis
• Help maintain lean manufacturing practices
• General cleanliness of work area
• Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions
• Light preventative maintenance as needed, including assisting maintenance team as needed
• Assist on the bottling line as needed

Qualifications

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience One year of working experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a team environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to record accurate data
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, as needed (including weekends)
• Must be able to reach, bend, stand, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Tow motor certification
