Facility Coordinator

What this job involves

Provide general overall Facility Management services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with facility manager to handle routine facility management operations, including procurement of supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested.

What is your day to day?

• Assist Operations Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives

• Provide facility specific assistance to vendors supporting the repair and maintenance and assist the team as needed or requested

• Manage and maintain vendor work orders, purchase orders, and invoice submissions an small facility management tasks as assigned

• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities using a work order management system

• Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility

• Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration

• GED or High school diploma

• Superior customer service skills and orientation

• Must be proficient at Google or Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports

Preferred

• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

• Proficient in MS Office, Google, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills

• Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
