Licensed Veterinary Technician

Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital We are looking for an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our collaborative team and play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care across both outpatient and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. This is an excellent opportunity for a well‑rounded technician who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast‑paced general practice environment. You will build meaningful relationships with clients, provide skilled nursing care, support diagnostic and treatment plans, and apply your technical expertise in surgery and dentistry. Position Details Full‑time position, 4/10 schedule, with availability needed Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays beginning in September. Benefits and Compensation Compensation: $31-34 per hour, for each hour worked $2 per hour differential for any hours worked on Saturdays Bonus package: $2,000 CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Employee Assistance Program 401(k) options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Uniform allowance Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience Active and good‑standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of WA Proficiency in the following skills: Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring Dental prophylaxis Advanced client communication IVC placement and venipuncture About Us Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital has been serving Mukilteo dogs and cats since 1981.
