This full-time contract position provides the chance to make a genuine impact within an educational environment near Creswell, Oregon. Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply. Recent graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome—supervision and support will be provided for CFs ready to embark on their careers in schools.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of or eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping diverse learners reach their full potential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assess speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with varied speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and functional goals
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing documentation for compliance and reporting
• Consult and team effectively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
