Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

1. Managing office communications in a pleasant and courteous manner, fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail.

2. This role will be responsible for being first on the phones and being the voice of WIT.

3. Process customer orders using Blue Prism and Decipher & manage order exceptions: prices, back orders, credit holds.

4. Responsible for securing necessary documents for setting up new accounts including applications, quote sheets, tax exemption certificates, and rep data where applicable.

5. Post daily invoices for customer orders shipped for automated system nightly delivery via email.

6. Handling Return Material Authorization requests within the guidelines of the QMS.

7. Keeping shared office spaces organized.

8. Providing as-needed support to directors, managers, and executives.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

Education – High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Work Experience – 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.

Learned Skills –

• Good computer skills include experience with Word Processing, Excel, Power Point, and data entry.

• Good customer service skills are required.

• Good grammar and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal relations and verbal communications skills

1. Ability to problem solve and maintain good attention to detail.

2. Have a strong sense of urgency to complete projects in a timely manner and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Ability to work effectively with other departments to achieve overall company goals.
