Job description: Enfinity Global is looking for a HR Intern that will be part of the Americas HR department reporting in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes. Support Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors. Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations. Onboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits. HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics. Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters. Qualifications You have or are doing a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You have 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. You show proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills. You have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You have the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. You show strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders. You have a proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
